We are praising our Lord for another family that will be joining our Songhai Team! The Jody Fox family has been approved by the IMB to come help us here in Niger! PTL!
As some of you know we have had a bit of change in village K. Henry came in to Niamey Sunday telling us that some people have been threatening to beat him if he does not renounce Christ .
R & M went out to talk with the Chief, to no avail. So we have pulled back a little. In that, the visits will be more discreet. Village K has lived in darkness a long time. For hundreds of years they have practiced witch craft and sorcery. We have been in this village for three yrs and others had gone before us. So the seed has been sown. Now let's watch the Holy Spirit work! Amen!
On a happier note: Henry is stronger than ever! When you meet him the first thing you see is his smile. He loves the Lord and is not afraid to tell you about HIM.
R & M continue to train local men to go out into villages we can not go into. Sending them out two by two just as our Lord did his disciples...
S & P are happy they have finally found some women in Niamey who are willing to listen to the Gospel Stories.
We are praising the Lord and can't wait to see what HE has in store for us throw out this year!!
